Shipping and Returns

Please read the following Shipping Terms and Conditions before you place orders.
If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions below , please do not submit your purchasing order.
Once you submit your order, it means that you have read the above Terms & Conditions, understand, agree with and accept them.

Shipping Terms & Conditions.

�?Order:

  • To protect your rights and make sure the accuracy of shipping information, please fill in your personal data fully and accurately.
  • After you submit your order, the shopping details will be shown on the screen, and the system will send a copy to your email box. You can print it out or save as a backup.

    Payment:
  • We accept PayPal and T/T.
  • Please make your payment within 5 working days after ordering. We will inform you by email whenever the payment is confirmed.
  • You may also inform us about the payment details via Contact Us in the Information Box at the lower left corner of our website after you pay. This may speed up our delivery time.

    Shipping:
  • None of the product price includes transportation fee, duty and tax.
  • Merchandise(s) available in stock will be dispatched within 2 to 10 working days after the clearance of payment.
  • All merchandise(s) will be delivered from Shenzhen China by Fedex, DHL or AIR-MAIL.
  • Tracking number will be provided after we have posted out the merchandise(s).
  • You are also welcome to request for your familiar Express companies, we will quote the shipping cost for you.
  • Delivery speed depends on the shipping method you choose and the Customs Clearance Procedures of destination country. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR any matters that relates to the Customs Clearance Procedures of your country, including the incurrance of customs delay, customs duty, any fee(s) and damage(s), etc. Please kindly understand that this is totally out of our control.
  • All item(s) sent via Taiwan Post (or other freight companies) are carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for any delay in delivery or goods being lost or damaged during delivery. If such an event should happen, we will assist you to track the item. In such an event please allow up to 4-8 weeks for the investigation to be completed.
  • We reserve any rights to amend our Shipping Terms & Conditions without prior notice.



    Returns

    1) It is MUST to contact us before returning the item(s). Buyer should provide strong evidence (i.e. Photo) to show the item is manufacturing defected. Return without our approval will not be processed.
    2) If the return can fulfill our requirement, we will provide a Refund/Exchange Form. It is A MUST to complete the form and attached with the return item(s).
    3) All returns must be made with the items in brand new condition within 7 days of arrival.
    4) We reject all USED item(s) for return. Any damage resulted from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be covered in this policy. All wearable parts are also not covered in this policy.
    5) The maximum acceptance date is 14 Days upon arrival, with proper authorization; however, returns which exceed the 7 days return policy are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns which within 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges can be refunded only when the product is damaged.
    6) The product must be returned in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for properly packing cost. Any damage incurred during shipping will be charged to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways, and must return the product using a traceable method. Once received goods are approved, we will issue a refund through PayPal or resent a new one to the buyer.
    7) Returned merchandise takes up to six weeks to receive, inspect, process and issue a credit or refund. We reserve the right not to issue or process your credit for deviations of our return policy. Please contact us to discuss a possible return BEFORE you send anything to us.
